Grilled salmon with creamy avocado.
Ingredients
- 12 ripe avocados, sliced
- 24 grilled salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 32 tbsp olive oil
- 41 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme)
- 51/2 tsp sea salt
- 64 cups mixed greens (kale, spinach)
- 71 cup broccoli florets
- 81 cup carrots, shredded

Season the salmon with herbs and spices, then grill until it's cooked through and has nice char marks.

While the salmon is cooking, chop your selected vegetables and sauté them lightly in olive oil until tender-crisp.

Slice the avocado into thin, even pieces or cubes.

Place the grilled salmon on a plate and arrange the sautéed vegetables around it.

Top the salmon with avocado slices, drizzle with additional olive oil, and add a final sprinkle of herbs.
