Ingredients

  • 11 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed

  • 71 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas (from 3/4 cup dried, organic)
  • 82 tbsp olive oil
  • 91 3/4 cup organic coconut milk (carton style)
  • 106 cups vegetable broth
  • 111 tsp ground turmeric
  • 121 tsp sea salt
  • 131/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

    In a large pot, sauté chopped onions, garlic, and peppers in healthy oil until fragrant.
