Ingredients
- 11 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed
- 24 cups kale, chopped
- 32 cups spinach
- 42 cups broccoli florets
- 52 medium carrots, diced
- 61 medium sweet potato, cubed
- 71 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas (from 3/4 cup dried, organic)
- 82 tbsp olive oil
- 91 3/4 cup organic coconut milk (carton style)
- 106 cups vegetable broth

- 121 tsp sea salt

In a large pot, sauté chopped onions, garlic, and peppers in healthy oil until fragrant.
