Crispy spiced roasted cauliflower florets.

Ingredients

  • 11 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 22 tbsp olive oil
  • 31 tsp curry powder
  • 41/2 tsp garam masala
  • 51/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 61/4 tsp sea salt
  • 71/4 tsp black pepper
  • 81/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
  • 92 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

    Cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets.

    Toss cauliflower with oil and spices until well coated.

    Spread florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.

    Roast in a hot oven until edges are crispy and golden brown.

    Remove from oven and serve immediately while still crunchy.
