Crispy spiced roasted cauliflower florets.
Ingredients
- 11 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 22 tbsp olive oil
- 31 tsp curry powder
- 41/2 tsp garam masala
- 51/2 tsp ground cumin
- 61/4 tsp sea salt
- 71/4 tsp black pepper
- 81/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 92 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets.

Toss cauliflower with oil and spices until well coated.

Spread florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in a hot oven until edges are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from oven and serve immediately while still crunchy.
