Crunchy Flax + Chia Seed Crackers - A delicious detox-approved recipe

- 11/2 cup flaxseeds (whole or ground)
- 21/2 cup chia seeds
- 33/4 cup water
- 41/2 tsp sea salt
- 51/2 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, or Italian blend)

Combine flaxseeds, chia seeds, salt, and herbs in a bowl.

Add water and stir well.

Let sit 10-15 minutes, until thick and gelled.

Spread mixture thinly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 35-45 minutes.
