Crispy and nutritious crackers made with organic flaxseeds.

Ingredients

  • 11 cup ground flaxseeds (organic)
  • 21/2 cup water
  • 31/2 tsp sea salt
  • 41/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 51/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix ground flaxseeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.

    Add water and stir until well combined.

    Let mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

    Spread mixture thinly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Score into cracker-sized squares with a knife.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are crispy.

    Cool completely before breaking along scored lines.
