Crispy and nutritious crackers made with organic flaxseeds.

- 11 cup ground flaxseeds (organic)
- 21/2 cup water
- 31/2 tsp sea salt
- 41/2 tsp garlic powder
- 51/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix ground flaxseeds, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.

Add water and stir until well combined.

Let mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

Spread mixture thinly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Score into cracker-sized squares with a knife.
