Zesty Dijon-crusted roasted turkey.
Ingredients
- 13-4 lb turkey breast, bone-in
- 23 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 32 tbsp olive oil
- 42 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, sage), minced
- 53 cloves garlic, minced
- 61 tsp sea salt
- 71/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375°F and pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.

Mix Dijon mustard, olive oil, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create a flavorful coating.

Generously brush the mustard mixture all over the turkey breast, ensuring even coverage.

Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
