Simple and quick flaxseed crackers with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients
- 11 cup whole flaxseeds (organic)
- 23/4 cup water
- 31/2 tsp sea salt
- 41/2 tsp Italian herbs (dried oregano, basil, thyme)
Instructions

Combine flaxseeds, salt, and Italian herbs in a bowl.

Pour in water and mix well.

Let sit for 10-15 minutes until mixture gels.

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Spread mixture very thin on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, checking frequently.

Flip halfway through for even crisping.
