Ingredients

  • 11 bag of Broccoli Slaw
  • 22 tsp fresh ginger
  • 31/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 42 garlic cloves
  • 52 tsp sesame oil
  • 61 lb ground chicken (optional)
  • 73 Tbs Coconut Aminos
  • 81 Avocado
  • 9Cooked Cauliflower Rice

Instructions

    If using meat: Heat olive oil and brown chicken in a skillet. Remove meat from skillet.

    Cook onion and garlic until fragrant, then add the broccoli slaw

  3. 3

    Add coconut aminos and continue cooking until broccoli slaw is tender

  4. 4

    Add cooked meat back to the pan. Taste and add more coconut aminos if needed.

    Serve with cauliflower rice and avocado
