Ingredients

  • 11 lb ground beef
  • 24 cups cabbage shredded
  • 31 large carrot shredded
  • 41/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 51 tbsp sesame oil
  • 61 tbsp ginger
  • 72 garlic cloves minced
  • 81/4 cup green onion diced

Instructions

    In a large skillet or wok, cook ground beef on medium-high heat until golden brown.

    Add cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

    Pour in coconut aminos and sesame oil. Toss everything together.

    Add ginger and garlic, then cook for a few more minutes.

    Toss in green onions and serve.
