Ingredients
- 11 lb ground beef
- 24 cups cabbage shredded
- 31 large carrot shredded
- 41/3 cup coconut aminos
- 51 tbsp sesame oil
- 61 tbsp ginger
- 72 garlic cloves minced
- 81/4 cup green onion diced
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, cook ground beef on medium-high heat until golden brown.

Add cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour in coconut aminos and sesame oil. Toss everything together.

Add ginger and garlic, then cook for a few more minutes.

Toss in green onions and serve.
