Creamy grilled avocado burger.
Ingredients
- 12 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 21 medium tomato, sliced
- 31/4 red onion, sliced
- 42 tbsp olive oil
- 51 tsp garlic powder
- 61/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 71/2 tsp sea salt
- 81/4 tsp black pepper
- 9Fresh lettuce leaves

Slice avocado in half and brush with olive oil, then season with herbs and spices.

Grill avocado cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear and surface is lightly charred.

While avocado is grilling, chop onions and tomatoes and prepare any additional desired vegetable toppings.

Flip avocado and continue grilling for another 1-2 minutes to warm through and create a soft, creamy texture.

Remove grilled avocado from heat and top with chopped vegetables, additional herbs, and serve immediately.
