Ground Beef & Broccoli
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup coconut aminos
- 21/3 cup beef broth
- 32 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 42 tsp garlic powder
- 51 tsp ginger powder
- 64 tbsp avocado oil
- 72 cups broccoli florets
- 83/4 tsp sea salt
- 91/4 tsp black pepper
- 101 lb ground beef
- 1112 oz bag riced cauliflower

Whisk the coconut aminos, broth, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and ginger powder together and set aside.

Using a large pan, heat the avocado oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli and lightly season with salt and pepper. Saute for 5-6 minutes or until crisped to your liking. Set aside.

Heat another pan with avocado oil and cook the riced cauliflower.

Add the ground beef to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Use a wooden spoon to crumble the beef and brown. Once browned, drain some of the excess fat.

Add the broccoli back to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Reduce the heat and stir for 1-2 minutes. Toss to fully coat the beef and broccoli in the sauce.

Serve the beef and broccoli over the riced cauliflower and enjoy!
