Homemade Greek Dressing
A bright, tangy homemade Greek dressing made with olive oil, lemon, garlic, and oregano. Perfect for salads, roasted vegetables, or as a marinade. Ready in 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 23 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 31 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 42 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 51 tsp Dijon mustard
- 61 tsp dried oregano
- 71/2 tsp sea salt
- 81/4 tsp black pepper
- 91/4 tsp dried basil (optional)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until well combined and slightly emulsified.

Alternatively, whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed - add more lemon for brightness or salt to taste.
