Tangy herb-infused Italian vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 11/2 cup olive oil
- 21/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 31 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 41 clove garlic, minced
- 51/2 tsp dried basil
- 61/2 tsp dried oregano
- 71/4 tsp onion powder
- 81/4 tsp sea salt
- 91/4 tsp black pepper

Finely mince the onion and garlic cloves.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard until fully combined.
