Crispy salty kale chip snacks.

Ingredients

  • 11 large bunch kale, stems removed and leaves torn into pieces
  • 21 tbsp olive oil
  • 31/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Wash kale thoroughly, then pat completely dry with paper towels.

    Remove thick stems and tear kale leaves into roughly chip-sized pieces.

    Drizzle olive oil over kale and massage gently to coat each leaf evenly.

    Sprinkle sea salt across the kale leaves and spread them in a single layer on the baking sheet.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning, until leaves are crisp and edges are slightly brown.
