Hearty Moroccan sweet potato stew.
Ingredients
- 12 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 21 cup dried lentils, rinsed
- 34 cups fresh kale or spinach, chopped
- 42 medium carrots, diced

- 63 cloves garlic, minced

- 82 tbsp olive oil
- 96 cups vegetable broth
