Fiery zucchini cauliflower rice bowl.
Ingredients
- 12 medium zucchini, riced
- 21/2 head cauliflower, riced
- 32 tbsp olive oil
- 43 cloves garlic, minced
- 51/2 medium onion, diced
- 61 tsp chili powder
- 71/2 tsp ground cumin
- 81/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 91/2 cup vegetable broth
- 101/2 tsp sea salt

Chop zucchini and cauliflower into small, uniform pieces.

Sauté minced garlic and diced onion in olive oil until fragrant and translucent.
