Nourishing spinach vegetable detox soup.

Ingredients

  • 14 cups fresh spinach
  • 26 cups vegetable broth
  • 31 medium onion, diced

  • 52 medium carrots, diced
  • 62 celery stalks, diced
  • 72 tbsp olive oil
  • 81 tsp sea salt
  • 91/2 tsp black pepper
  • 101/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Instructions
