Nourishing spinach vegetable detox soup.
Ingredients
- 14 cups fresh spinach
- 26 cups vegetable broth
- 31 medium onion, diced
- 43 cloves garlic, minced
- 52 medium carrots, diced
- 62 celery stalks, diced
- 72 tbsp olive oil
- 81 tsp sea salt
- 91/2 tsp black pepper
- 101/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Dice onions, garlic, carrots, and celery into small, uniform pieces.

Sauté the chopped vegetables in a large pot over medium heat until onions are translucent and fragrant.
